A Day of Firsts

We had another day of firsts with Jack yesterday.

He had his first bath- he loved the first part, but by the end there was a little bit of crying going on!

Jack also had his first trip to the nursery. It was beautiful outside, so we decided it was a great day to go pick out some new plants and flowers.

Daddy was so excited to share his knowledge of foliage with his little boy!

Jack's First Outing

We had our first outing today! We went to the pediatrician (which we were actually on time for!), Potbelly for lunch, and Target. The little guy was a trooper and slept the whole time. I think he loved Target as much as his Mommy does.

Jack did such a good job at the doctor's office that Daddy picked out a sticker for him.

He loves to sleep in Daddy's arms.

A full day like yesterday can wear a guy out!

Jack Henry Ellison is here!!!

Jack Henry arrived at 11:04 am this morning. He is 7 lbs, 7 oz and 21 inches long. Everyone here is happy and healthy and, of course, we think Jack is just PERFECT!
