Big Weekend!

It was a big weekend for Jack in the Ellison household. MeMe, Pop, and Uncle Ian came to visit us and we had a lot of fun.

On Friday night, Mark and I went out to dinner and Jack stayed at home with the baby-sitters.

On Saturday night, we went to a graduation dinner for Sam. Doesn't Jack look so handsome?

One Month Old!

It is hard to believe that Jack is already one month old- time is flying! Here are just a couple of pictures from yesterday. We'll keep putting the diaper cover on him each month and see how he grows into it.

Jack's First Wedding

Last night we took Jack to his first wedding. He did a great job- no crying during the ceremony and he was a trooper at the reception. He lasted until 11pm, but then it was time to go home! This was wedding number one of four for the summer.

Model in the Making

On Sunday we had a photo session to get some newborn pictures of Jack. Here is a preview of what we got. Our little model baby worked his stuff for the camera!

Visiting with Mamaw and Page

On Saturday afternoon, we headed out to visit Great Mamaw Caryetta and Great Grandpa Page. We had a nice time visiting, and they even introduced Jack to Cheddars.

Wildflower Festival

On Saturday we headed out to the Wildflower Festival with the Husligs. Jack was a trooper for the whole day!

Arboretum Concert

We took Jack to his first Arboretum concert last night. He really enjoyed the Rolling Stones cover band. We weren't sure how he would do, but we figured it was worth a try- he did great!

2 Weeks Old!

More Family Comes to Visit!

We had more family come into town this weekend to visit and meet Mr. Jack. The weather was beautiful, so we were able to spend a lot of time outdoors. The weekend was great, and it went by too fast!

Jack and Makenna Finally Meet!

Jack and Makenna finally got to meet face to face last night. We are pretty sure it was love at first sight!

MeMe, Pop/Papaw/Poppy, and Uncle Ian Come to Visit!

Yesterday Jack got to meet his MeMe and Pop/Papaw/Poppy (we have yet to pick a name). He also got to meet his Uncle Ian, who has been very excited about the arrival of his first nephew!

He is one proud uncle! He has informed us that he is going to be the uncle who does all the right things.

As part of the visit, we went to Matts. Jack enjoyed his first patio lunch!
