A Weekend in Houston

Last weekend we went to Houston for Nathan's first birthday party. We had a great time hanging out with family and celebrating Nathan!

Jack and Nathan were very helpful when it was time to blow up the air mattress!

Saturday morning- time to climb the stairs.

Jack decided to take Nathan's walker for a spin- he looks like he's about to reverse!

He also tried out the swing in the backyard. He loved it so much, we went and bought him one for our house.

Party time! Jack was right in the middle of it all when it came time for gifts.

Woohoo! Nathan was excited about something!

And the slide, but that didn't go over too well! (We found out later he had a double ear infection, so I don't think he was feeling too great at this point)

Sunday morning- a little more playtime before we headed home.

Grandma loved spending the weekend with all three grandbabies.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Jack and Makenna (aka Hot Stuff and Love Bug) enjoyed their first Valentine's Day together. They exchanged gifts, and Jack was extra cuddly. Love was definitely in the air!

Seguin Weekend, Part 2

Happy Birthday to Uncle Ian!

Ian turned 5 last week, so we headed to Seguin to help him celebrate! He had his party at the Children's Museum in New Braunfels, and Jack had a great time playing and crawling all around. He was happy to help his uncle celebrate his birthday! I'll do another post soon with the rest of the pictures from the weekend.

Of course he loved this place- it's called the McKenna museum! (Even though we know it's not spelled the same!)
