Day 2 of our trip was the drive from Dalhart to Breckenridge. Jack had another great day of travel, and he was so excited when we finally reached the house where we'll stay for the week. We took our time driving and had so much fun with each other along the way.
Jack enjoyed a little TV time at the hotel while we packed up our stuff.
Not long after we left Dalhart, we crossed into New Mexico.
We stopped at a gas station in the middle of nowhere to get drinks and let Jack run around.
We made it to Colorado!
We stopped at Subway for lunch and it happened to be across from a rest stop with picnic tables, so we took our food over there to eat. Jack ran all around and got some of his energy out.

Jack and Dad check out the view from the porch at our house. We got here pretty close to bedtime, so Jack looked around for a bit, and then conked out for a good night of sleep. All the traveling wore him out!
